Train to tackle the Challenges of Global Health
A 12 month collaborative Master’s degree program between LUMS and UiB designed to train next generation of clinical scientists and basic science researchers in clinical and translational research. The program will develop competencies in epidemiological, implementational, translational and bioinformatics research. The joint mentorship program will provide avenues to students from both universities to enroll in courses and perform research in either university. Lahore University of Management Sciences- Department of Life Sciences and School of Business, provide a wide array of courses (this should be hyperlinked and take students to page with courses) in Health Management, Health Informatics, Bioinformatics, Epidemiology, Microbiology, translational epigenetics, Immunology and Biostatistics. University of Bergen Department of Global Health has excellent faculty offering courses in all aspects of Global Health.
